Position summary:
Are you curious about how things are made and passionate about problem-solving? As an Industrial Services Sales Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in technical sales, customer engagement, and business development. This role offers a strong foundation for a successful career in industrial automation and services.
What you’ll do:
  • Engage with customers to understand challenges and offer tailored solutions.
  • Participate in training programs to learn about industrial automation technologies.
  • Support sales teams by analyzing customer data, preparing proposals, and assisting with campaigns.
  • Collaborate with experts, sales teams, and marketing to drive business transformation.
  • Maintain ethical business practices and adhere to company policies.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Interest in technology, manufacturing, and business development.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel.
