The Sales Training Program equips motivated individuals with the tools to succeed in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment. Through hands-on training and real customer interaction, participants develop strong sales fundamentals, business acumen, and the confidence to grow into top-performing sales professionals.

This entry-level position in sales allows the successful candidate to learn the electrical wholesale business through experiencing every aspect of one of our “profit center” business units. This position has upward mobility and an opportunity to make a tangible impact on a growing business. During the program, you will learn the skills you need to greatly contribute to a growing business and take on increasing responsibility.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Inside Sales
• Customer Service
• Developing Product Knowledge
• Inventory Management
• Process Improvement
• Warehouse Operations
• Purchasing
• Accounting Operations
• Digital Initiatives (Customer Portal Maintenance, Mobile App, etc.)

Qualities of a Successful Candidate:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
• Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Entrepreneurial minded
• Desire to grow sales and maximize profitability
• Comfortable in a warehouse setting
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
