What You'll Learn

As a Management Trainee, you'll gain experience across every major area of the business, including:

• Warehouse Operations
• Counter Sales
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Financial Statements & Business Operations
• Purchasing
• Inside Sales
• Project Management
• Inventory Management
• Outside Sales & Customer Development

You'll also attend company-sponsored training programs across the country covering:

• Electrical Products
• Sales Development
• Leadership & Management
• Business Operations

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor's Degree
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related professional experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

You'll gain experience in a variety of settings throughout the program, including warehouse, office, customer-facing, and field environments. Some rotations may involve lifting, standing, travel, and working in varying temperatures, while others focus on office-based business operations.
